This hardwood Astoria vanity collection features clean lines and a stepped door profile for a modern look. This deep Espresso unit is adorned with Elements Slade knobs in Satin Nickel, which complements the style. This unit is equipped with a solid wood, custom-sized tipout storage tray. Beneath the tipout storage is a solid hardwood dovetail drawer with full-extension soft-close undermount slides. An open bottom shelf is perfect for additional storage. Vanity measurements: 30" W x 21-1/2" D x 35" H. This 31" Calacatta Vienna Quartz vanity top is designed to fit 30" center bowl vanities. This quintessential quartz pattern showcases the flow of refined veining throughout the white core. The wide veining ranges in color from cool ash to warm shale and can be tinged with secondary deep grey striations. Calacatta Vienna Quartz is designed to mimic the movement of natural stone while possessing the strength and durability of quartz. The center rectangle cutout is sized to fit our undermount rectangle vanity bowl. Three holes are cut for an 8" widespread faucet, and a 4" tall backsplash is included. This vanity top is designed to overhang " on each side and in front of the vanity. Top measurements: 31" W x 22" D x 18 mm H. Backsplash dimensions: 31" W x 18 mm D x 4" H.Some assembly required. Hardware Resources believes in quality, integrity, and reliability. We uphold the highest standards of service and responsibility in the industry.
As such, Hardware Resources warrants all Bath Vanities and Kitchen Islands and their components to be free from any defects in material and workmanship as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the products.
If a defect is found, Hardware Resources will send to the original purchaser a new replacement product or component at no charge. If a replacement is no longer available, Hardware Resources will offer a replacement vanity, island or component that is comparable to the original product’s purchased price or will refund to the original purchaser the current wholesale value of the vanity or component.
This warranty is a warranty of replacement only. Hardware Resources specifically does not warrant removal of the product nor installation of replacement new product. This warranty does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered from the original design, or damaged through abuse or accident. Finishes for all Bath Vanities and Kitchen Islands are multi-layered, created by hand. Slight variations may occur which add to the uniqueness of each item. Granite and Carrera marble countertops are manufactured of natural stone, and as a result, Hardware Resources cannot guarantee exact shading or grain of the stone. Butcher Block tops are manufactured of natural wood, and Hardware Resources cannot guarantee exact shading or grain of the wood. Naturally occurring characteristics such as variations in grain, color, and/or mineral streaks are not considered a defect in the product.
