This is a yellow tiled-in soap dish with no manufacturer's marks present to identify the maker. This soap dish is in very good condition with no plaster on the back and minimal wear for an item of this age.
Most bathroom retro-renovations would need at least one tiled-in soap dish to one side of their bathroom sink. The other side would have had a cup or toothbrush holder, or perhaps a second soap dish.
