This is an unusual circa 1895 enameled cast iron antique foot bath, probably by the L. Wolff company (est. 1855), not often seen around these parts. This has the original hardware with a bottom fill spout. It has some chips at front lip and a couple of finish issues in the bottom of the bowl. See the original catalog page advertising it in the L.
