This is a Crane “Drexel” vitreous China shelf-back wall hung sink in Shell Pink, circa 1948. See the original catalog for this beauty in the attachments below. The original catalog descriptions for this reads,
“A sparkling easy-to-clean lavatory with modern, clean-cut styling. Features an integral China spout, large semi-oval basin with splash lip, raised shelf back and handy soap depression. The chromium-plated 8-9 Temple trim with Dial-ese controls is mounted in a recessed angle panel. Lever-action Secure waste fitting. Chromium-plated hexagon legs shown are 8-705 Crestmont-towel bars, 8-697 Crestmont,"
