This is a pair of Hall Mack mid-century chrome grab bar brackets or can be used as towel bar ends, without the rod. Marked Hall Mack on underside. This pair is surface mounted with 2 screws each (not included). These accept a round towel bar rod of your desired length maximum diameter is 7/8". Each towel bar end is open ended for the rod to pass through.
