This is an antique milk glass dental tray. There are raised grooves meant for specific dental tools. It was meant to hold scalers, explorers, excavators, chisels, and cutting instruments as stated in the stamp on the under side of the tray. It was made by The American Cabinet Co in Two Rivers, WI.
