This is a nickel plated swing arm hand or kitchen towel holder with three rods for maximum storage capacity. This space saver can be mounted on the inside of a cabinet or behind a door in a small space. The nickel plating is in good condition. The center bar or rod is at an odd angle. Catalog cut is from the J.L. Mott catalog of 1908 which shows a similar (not identical) folding towel rack.
