This is a classic double wall hook in polished nickel; these ubiquitous hooks were used everywhere in households from the turn of the twentieth century through the 1940's. Polished nickel versions are much harder to find than the more common brass plated versions. These nickel hooks were usually used in bathrooms for towels and robes.
