This is an antique porcelain “cold” faucet handle with a 16 spline connection. It measures 2-7/8” across the handle. There is some oxidation on the inside of the handle and a little bit of crazing, but overall the condition is fair. THIS DOES HAVE A HAIRLINE THAT CAN BE SEEN IN PHOTOS.
