This is a beautiful serpentine front vitreous china pedestal sink made by the Thomas Maddock's Sons Company of Trenton, New Jersey circa 1904 (?) 

Two wall-mount sink brackets are included as well as original pipes, drain, and waste pull with escutcheon.

The sink is in good condition with minimal etching in basin, stains, that is not unusual for an china sink of this vintage, still a very solid and usable sink.
