This is a very unique brass and copper sponge holder and soap dish. It appears that you can wall mount it or mount it on your tub. The sponge holder and rivets are copper while the rest is brass. There is no manufacturer stamp, but it is similar in design to the early 1900 accessories from Brasscrafters and San-o-la. There is a slighted brushed look to the finish from some cleaning and age. This would be a great addition to your turn of the century bathroom renovation.

This item is in very good condition. There does seem to be a "brushed" affect due to over cleaning/buffing, but there are very few spots where the finish has worn away.
