This is a surface mount toothbrush holder in white This accessory is mounted to the wall using a bracket that the toothbrush holder slides over. Screws are not included. If you are doing a retro-renovation on your bathroom consider this style of toothbrush holder. It would have been mounted to one side of the sink. There would also have been a soap dish or cup holder to the other side. It is stamped with "Patent Pending" but no date or manufacturer.
