Customer Feedback
We've been in business since 1980. Our customers are our number one priority, it's as simple as that. Our staff is fantastic, they are professional, friendly, and outstanding people who go out of their way to help our customers. That said, we all sometimes make mistakes, but it's how those mistakes are handled that sets apart from other businesses, IMHO. Here are some comments from our Historic Houseparts customers:
A Quick note to say Thank You! I really do appreciate your prompt handling of my shipping ignorance. You saved me money and I received my product on Monday afternoon. Good work on you guys... I will recommend your website to my friends and I’m sure I will use it again too. Thanks again. Many Thanks, J Zink
Good morning, Derek, thank you again for all your help and consideration--especially on the telephone Friday. Your ordering system sent clear and accurate information about the order--another pleasant feature. The latches and keepers arrived on Monday and had been nicely packed up by Chris Jones. All the way around the process was smooth, and I am very grateful to you.
Hello from Dallas, Mark and I wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you that the two sets of cast iron Belgian sconces arrived perfectly and are beautiful! We appreciate how well they were packed and we look forward to putting them up when we get in our new house (still being built). Please let us know if you get in any similar items as we look forward to doing more business with you. Thanks again! Sincerely, Markham and Amy Teguns
Wow, thanks so much Cindy you just turned my frown into a smile.I will definitely tell everyone I know where to buy hardware from this day on.You also have the best selection of items on the internet Again I thank you Cindy. Have a great weekend - Dennis
Yours is one of the best, most extensive sites I've seen. Just thought I'd let you know.

Thank you, Your Company has been awesome to work with. You have been very helpful in the purchasing of the heating grates for my house renovation. Derek was extremely helpful in helping me get grates that match. Thanks Again.Steve Wilson Waunakee, WI
You have one of the most visually appealing web sites i have ever seen.
Eewh La La...I ran across your site tonight and was on for almost 2 hours shopping and getting new ideas!!! The site is addicting, I could not stop looking at all of these great items you have. We're not in our house yet (2 months more) but I will return with my specs and be BACK with my plastic! You have the most beautiful antique pieces I've ever seen, well done indeed- can't wait to do future business with you guys. All the best, Belinda Sarooei Sherman Oaks,CA
Dear Historic Houseparts staff,
I want to thank you so very much for the fabulous mantle I purchased "almost unseen" from your internet site. It was in better condition than I could have imagined. I also want to thank you for the superb packing and crate. It was scary to spend a lot of money for such an item on the internet. Your company restored my faith in American businesses.
Thank you again! You can use me as a reference anytime. God bless you!

I found your website while searching for info about antique mantels. I just want you to know your website design is outstanding! So are your prices! One thing led to another, and soon I was looking at drawer pulls and other unique, hard to find items. You website is bookmarked and I will tell my father, who has a neat 1914 house in Long Beach. Thank you for a wonderful source.
Chris & company
Just a quick note to say "Thank You". I received the windows that we purchased from you on July 15th. They are beautiful!!! They arrived in excellent condition and they are now in our dining room. Everyone who has seen them thinks that they are incredible. We have given your website address to at least a dozen people. I am still shopping for statuary for our garden so I will be visting your site. If you happen to find a nice piece, please contact me, I would be interested. Again, thank you for your patience while we decided on the window, I hope we can do business with you again in the near future.
Sincerely,
Raymond Whitman
Thank you SO MUCH for writing back so quickly! Thanks to you, I have placed an order for my long sought after oil lamp brackets! I have been searching flea markets, etc. for over 10 years without any luck. Thank God for the internet! I will be so thrilled to hang these finally! My lamps and base holders are antiques - I don't care if the parts I ordered are repros. I am just tickled to find you! You can bet you'll hear from my brother too - he restores lots of different types of antiques! Thanks for all of your help!! - Shawn Marie Gabriel
Thank you so much! It has been such a pleasure working with you! Barbra Porter
