Use Rack-A-Fix to repair just about any vinyl covered rack you may have.
Available in a variety of colors and it's simple to use. Just brush it on and let dry.
If rust is present, make sure to use Corrode-A-Fix to neutralize the rust prior to application.
Each package contains 1/2 ounce (15cc) of touch-up material with brush-top applicator.

Shake bottle well. Remove any loose rust or debris and clean by sanding the area to be repaired, making sure that there is "clean metal" showing on either side of the damage. Cut ack the vinyl to show "clean metal" if necessary. Use Corrode-a-Fix if rust is present. Using brush top applicator, apply Rack-a-Fix to damaged area. Several coats should be applied allowing 30 minutes between coats. After final coat is applied, let dry for 24 hours before use.
